Dubai records over AED1.9 billion in real estate transactions on 20th February

Dubai’s Land Department (DLD) provided data indicating that on Monday, the real estate market in Dubai witnessed 561 sales transactions worth AED1.7 billion. In addition, there were 100 mortgage transactions valued at AED94.43 million and 61 gift transactions valued at AED65.91 million.

The transactions included the sale of 34 land plots worth AED268.94 million and 527 homes and apartments worth AED1.43 billion. The mortgage transactions were associated with 43 land plots worth AED94.43 million and 57 villas and flats worth AED131.13 million, bringing the total value of real estate transactions on that day to almost AED1.9 billion.
